Back to the good old days.

In today’s day and age, technology has taken over simple day to day tasks, as well as the time we spend for pure pleasure. Television and computers have taken time away from conversation and laughter. Family dinners are no longer about finding out how everyone’s day has been, they’re more about arguing about what channel everyone should watch while eating the meal in complete silence.

It’s no wonder then that most people are reverting to their roots as often as they can. Many families are turning their Sundays into organic and old school times. Instead of spending the one day everyone gets to relax in watching television and the likes, families are opting for picnics in the woods and board games on the patio.

Picnics, of course, remind us of the great outdoors. About the force greater than we are, the force that created all that is around us. And board games, ah board games. The reminders of our childhood, the reasons most of us became even half as competitive as we are. Pictionary, Scrabble, Monopoly – they’re all familiar names from our childhood, and the stepping stones to the people we are today. By playing these games, we may have unknowingly and unwittingly made the choices of our lives – be it art, literature or business!
