The art of defining design

Art resides in the quality of doing, the process however is not magic. Design is art that makes itself useful. Design is a plan for arranging elements in such a way as best to accomplish a particular purpose. Ideas are cheap. Always be passionate about ideas and communicating those ideas and discoveries to others in the things you make. Eventually everything connects - people, ideas, objects. The quality of the connections is the key to quality per se. Design is a creative response to social change. Design, in terms of its relationship with business especially in the corporate sector, should be seen as part of the business model.
